This week, the 7 days between Christmas and New Year’s Day is a very interesting time of the year. Christmas for Christians is a very celebratory time, but the time leading up to it can be filled with as much anxiety for some people, as the busiest of times during the rest of the year. Other religions also have major celebrations at this time of the year. New Year’s Day is a time many folks feel, provides a new start on their lives. The week in between is a week with less stress for most people, a kind of dénouement to the main parts in the drama of their lives. Many people take the week off and for others it is just a less intense time, even though they continue their daily routines of work etc. In my opinion, this week is truly a blessing, allowing us time to evaluate many the elements of our lives, including our relationships, our work endeavors and possibly our housing situation. If your home is a concern to you right now, feel free to give me a call to help evaluate whether a change in your living situation would be a beneficial move for you and your family. I consult with folks year around regarding their real estate needs and desires, without any obligation to them. Annie and I see our role as one of helping people in this area on a long term basis, not just at the time of a sale. Give me a call and we will have a cup of coffee, catch up and discuss your situation. Otherwise, may 2016 be a joyful and successful year for you and your family. Thanks for reading.
