I have been a FULL TIME Realtor since December 1999.  Over my career I have seen the market go crazy for sellers and investors during the boom.  I lasted through the terribly hard time for buyers and sellers as the market crashed.  And now, I love helping buyers and sellers, as well as investors, identify value and provide the best marketing plans in today's recovery.  It has been an incredible ride, up and down, good and bad.  Having experienced this as a Realtor, a broker and an owner of a Real Estate Franchise, a home-owner, and investor has allowed me to experience this market first hand from many view points.

Today the opportunities for buyers to buy in a market that is stabilized is fantastic!  The investor can profit in today's growing market.  Sellers have motivated and interested buyers and investors, and if you are looking for New Construction - it is an excellent time to build a new home and build equity!!
